The MMRS/NJFP Digital Hub collects personal information that you provide when registering as a Fellow, submitting an application, or using the platform. This includes your name, email address, NMCN registration number, nursing qualification details, and facility assignment information.

We use your information to administer the MMRS/NJFP Fellowship Programme, verify your eligibility, manage attendance records, process stipend payments, and communicate programme updates with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the European Union. We implement industry-standard security measures including row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and role-based access controls to protect your information.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the duration of your participation in the programme and for a period thereafter as required by applicable laws and for auditing purposes. Attendance photographs are automatically deleted after the retention period configured by programme administrators.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact the programme administrator via the Support section of your Fellow Portal.
