Who We Are

About the NMCN Digital Hub

The Nursing & Midwifery Digital Hub Nigeria is a national platform established to strengthen Nigeria's healthcare workforce through strategic workforce development, professional capacity building, and innovative health programmes.

We serve as the digital nexus connecting nurses and midwives across Nigeria's 36 states with professional development opportunities, national health initiatives, and a community of practice dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes for all Nigerians.

Established through a partnership between the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN), the National Primary Health Care Development Agency (NPHCDA), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), and the European Union, the Digital Hub represents a new era in healthcare workforce management and development.
